Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchase. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to disclosed ingredients.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for return, items must be unused, unopened and kept in original sealed packaging.
Return‑shipping cost shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is caused by our error (damaged goods, wrong item shipped).
All return shipments must use a trackable shipping service to our return address:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned Sylhlw goods, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days. Please note that original delivery fees are non‑refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive incorrect goods, please contact us within 7 days upon delivery and attach clear photos as evidence.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at our cost, even if the package has been opened.

Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and food‑safety reasons, opened tea and herbal‑blend products cannot be returned for change‑of‑mind returns.
This exclusion does not apply to goods that are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered by us.
